This extraordinary event featured two days of impactful dialogue, international honors, and rich cultural exchange—all held in conjunction with the birthday celebration of its esteemed convener.
The summit was a collaborative endeavor presented by We Care for Humanity (WCH)—a global nonprofit organization dedicated to peace, human rights, and humanitarian advocacy—in partnership with the Royal House of Luzon Tagalog (Royal Maharlika), the Sultanate of Magindanaw, and the Philippine Honorary Consulate of Las Vegas.
The summit was convened by the visionary HRH Maha Putri Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, Founder of WCH and Chair of the WCH Royal Summit. Her unwavering commitment to global progress and her unifying leadership style made this event both inspiring and influential.
In addition to global dialogue, the summit paid tribute to Queen Mariam as part of her birthday month celebrations.
Distinguished Guests and Honorees
The summit welcomed a prominent lineup of chief guests, including:
1. HRH Constantine Butamanya Mwogezi – King of Buruuli Kingdom, Uganda, and Chairman of the Uganda Kings and Cultural Leaders’ Forum.
2. HH Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche – Founder and Head of the Nyingma Institute in Gangtok, Sikkim, India.

Knighthood Ceremony: A Celebration of Chivalry and Service
A major highlight of the summit was the Knighthood Ceremony, where selected individuals were conferred the title of Knight of the Royal Maharlika. More than symbolic, these knights are recognized as Protectors of the Earth, Peacebuilders, and Agents of Change—upholding a sacred code of love, unity, integrity, and compassion.
